The C&E News Trailblazers: La Revolución no será televisada.
I am proud to share that the new issue of C&E News magazine has a Trailblazers section that celebrates scientists of Latin American origin!
I had the privilege of being the lead for the issue and writing the editorial for it. Their breadth of accomplishments is enormous.?In the editorial, I provided a much-needed continental view of our community instead of an insular one.
This project was only done with the help of Manny Morone and his team. Thank you to Bec Roldan, Ph.D. for writing my profile.
I am glad to be featured alongside many other trailblazers, including?
Varinia Bernales Sarah Brice?o Mónica Cala Karina Carneiro Aline M. Castro Luis A Colón Rogelio Hernandez-Lopez Juan P Hinestroza, Ph.D. Eusebio Juaristi Carlos Martinez Edna Matta-Camacho MSc, PhD, mMBA Maria Fernanda Mora Monica Olvera de la Cruz Pablo Pasten Melissa Ramirez, Ph.D. Martín Salinas Anabella Villalobos and Joel Yuen Zhou
Here are links to the editorial in English, Spanish and Portuguese:
