In my first year as an entrepreneur, I grew my client list, paid all the bills and survived covid. Sound a bit intense? That’s just life. It’s always changing, and no matter how prepared you think you are, especially in business, there will always be a curveball.

We also give our customers copies of the design risk assessment conducted and a clause by clause assessment showing how the manufacturer has met each requirement (not just a tick box) and provide you a draft Declaration of Conformity for you to sign. These documents are then your evidence that your product applies to the required legislation.

The CE Marking Authority retains all business records as part of a service to our customers, while the information they contain serves a business need, or is required by law or for accreditation. A copy of these documents can be obtained from the CE Marking Authority if the customer for whatever reason misplaces their technical documentation.

The CE Marking Authority offers an Authorized Representative Service in the UK and Europe for manufactures residing outside those regions who wish to sell their product to the UK or European Markets
