I have been involved in CDM right from the start. Back in 1994 I worked with project teams at The Co-operative to develop new stores and refurbish existing ones safely and sustainably. After I left the Co-op in the late 1990's I worked full time in CDM advising JDWetherspoon in respect of their compliance. Since then CDM has been part and parcel of the contractor management arrangements we advise clients on everyday. Now CDM 2015 is upon us myself and my team are advising existing and new clients on their roles, responsibilities and how to comply.
