CDI congratulates Jinding Group on launch of Surfers Paradise apartment tower, SORA

Jinding, who has been developing property in Melbourne since 2016, engaged the local DKO Architecture to create SORA, Japanese for “sky”, in the heart of Surfers Paradise at Thornton Street.

The design of the project was inspired by the coastal surrounds and influenced by Japanese design with clean lines providing a sophisticated and timeless feel. Overlooking Gold Coast beach, the majority of residents will enjoy stunning 180 – degree ocean views from their window.?

The 27-storey project will contain 122 units with a ground floor pool and gym, barbecue area, games room, and rooftop with an outdoor room and two multi-purpose rooms.

CDI was retained by Jinding to draw all construction documentation.
