CDBase in use by another user

Did you know that every time when a running module is terminated a so called lock file will remain in the database (CDB).

You can remove it from SSD or TEDDY with the help of the "Database Tools" icon of the "Home" tab of the main ribbon. You need to drop down the "Database Tools" and select the "Clean locks option" from the list.

Another opportunity to delete the lock file is to open the project folder on your computer, search for the *.CDB file in it, right click on it with your mouse and select the "SOFiSTiK 2023" menu from the drop down list and select "Clean locks" option.

Please note that cleaning the locks should be undertaken right after the termination of the running of the module.

If it didn't help you further, then you might try to copy only the *.sofistik and the *.dwg file (if there is any) into a new folder and restart the project from the export of the geometry to the database.
