CCTV Technician - Durban

We at Intellisec, a multinational company, with Head Office located in Durban, KZN, is looking for a full-time CCTV Technician to be based at a Durban South Client.

Duties

Suitable candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in installing and commissioning CCTV systems on a large scale. The right candidate will have a background in basic networking and Microsoft applications and have the ability to diagnose and rectify network related issues. This position will require the candidate to have their drivers license, as well as be willing to attend after-hours calls due to the nature of the tasks.

The position requires a well-presented and articulate individual who can readily communicate with and understand customer requirements. Record keeping skills is a must along with the ability to stick to given timelines. As this position is considered a non-base level vacancy, the successful candidate must be able to teach junior staff and motivate them to complete tasks.

Work Hours and Salary

This is a full-time position, working from Monday to Friday. 7am – 4:30pm, with possible after hours work to support operational requirements. This position will have a market-related salary based on experience and qualifications.
