CCS Company Announcement

As we step into 2024, we are delighted to announce that CCS Consulting Limited is now operating as a new Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

EOT is recognised as the fastest growing form of business ownership in the UK with Professional Services such as Engineering Consultants, Architects / General Construction related services increasingly exploring this model.

This new, exciting form of ownership will enable the company to build on the strong foundations we have created over the last 18 years, and we believe that this it is the best way to both empower existing staff and attract new, as we embark on the next phase of the Company’s growth.

The Employee-Owned Trust model allows for many advantages for staff, and also includes provision for the future succession within the business.

The company will continue to trade as CCS Consulting Limited. Our new board of Trustees will look after the interests of the company from a governance perspective, on behalf of the employees. Staff representatives are appointed to provide an effective voice to the board as elected members also.

The changes to the business will have no impact on the levels of service or arrangements with our clients, so rest assured that there will be no disruption to projects / levels of service or commitments. We all look forward to this exciting next chapter in CCS’ future.
