CCEP's CONNECTED WORKER: WHERE INNOVATION MEETS EXCELLENCE

In the fast-evolving landscape of digital technology, the intersection with Plant Connectivity marks a pivotal point in fortifying breath of roll-out of mobile devices. The Connected Worker programme, an innovative programme hosted by the Sidcup Site, stands as a beacon of progress and responsibility in this dynamic field. This collaborative effort involving market leading development devices signifies a bold commitment to investing in digital technologies, driving growth and real-time accuracy.

With a diverse spectrum of products on offer to provide on the go solutions, the trial aims to enhance both existing and new devices, with Apps neatly linking for integration with base servers. The configuration architecture shared with the server fosters a collaborative environment across our network such is the interdependencies’ of our integrated business model, neatly positioning our business at the forefront of innovation, and solidifying Sidcup as a go-to destination with this dynamic approach.

The Connected Worker trial spearheads many research and innovation projects, each addressing critical business challenges through the application of digital technologies. The pilot launched at Sidcup will integrate key business activations from cumulative Short Interval Controlling with data capture formatting reports, digitalisation of areas from Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, standard setting capture and GMP checklists while creating a visual Asset History as a repository for future troubleshooting decisions, all showcasing the breadth and depth of potential within the Connected Worker framework.

The new user experience is enhanced through the apps that provide a consistent end-to-end user experience and can be used across all device types (for example, desktop, tablet, and mobile). Through the configuration of the launchpad, users can access those apps that have been assigned to their respective role. From entity recognition and information extraction to natural language processing (NLP), the project require a broad range of technologies to be deployed. Speaking at the launch of the programme, Senior Operations Manager, Iullia Vozniuk, commented, “The Pilot Programme presents an exciting opportunity to nurture research, skills, and innovation across various digital themes. The purpose of the Pilot is to apply the devices and technology into typical work locations and to act as a catalyst for the development of the technology, gaining insights into various functionality to determine what is best for our unique application. As we navigate the intricate landscape of digital technology, it is imperative to keep a steadfast focus on ensuring we are more interactive, delivering results and actions in real-time. This is a bold investment in shaping the future for CCEP, we are super excited to be leading this initiative.”

The Sidcup trial will help shape the future of innovation in our Connected Worker programme, positioning CCEP as a leader in the newly-evolving domain of ON THE GO technologies.
