CCEP SIDCUP LAUNCHES ATTACHED CAPS

After a successful pilot phase, Sidcup Line 2 and Line 5, have been converted to tethered closures/ attached caps – a one-piece plastic concept on their bottles that helps to create a more circular economy and offers many benefits for the environment, customers and consumers.

Sustainability is an integral part of our CCEP World Without Waste concept and the Sidcup Team is committed to fostering a sustainable path and further developing its initiatives in the area of package and packaging by reducing, reusing and recycling. We have gone beyond light-weighting and now taken this a step further by responding to the wishes and needs of customers and consumers by constantly evolving our packages . Proud of the steps taken since launch the Commissioning Team gathered this week to celebrate the close-out of the project.
