CCEP PRODUCTION EXECUTION WORKSTREAM STANDARDISING APPROACH TO REAP DIVIDENDS

A delegation led by Forecast to Load’s, Production Execution Team, has been speaking to some of the most influential experts within our organisation? to encourage the adoption of standardised ways of working and explore the opportunities that this will bring.

A highly influential gathering of leading practitioners? from across the key functions of the CCEP Supply Chain have been urged to invest in the opportunities that standardised approaches will bring to our frontline execution, with multiple business synergies highlighted as key beneficiaries. Leading light from the world of BPT, the industrious Ricardo Gonzalez, was in attendance alongside Houda Rouis, who was hosting the event, assuring everyone that a consolidated approach while being best for our business will not necessarily lead as the sole prevailing approach, as we need to understand the nuances of our operations.

Heading up the delegation and speaking to the packed room, Workshop Organiser, CCEP’s Oscar Giner Lopez said: “I’m delighted to speak to our colleagues about the opportunities that the adoption of standards has to offer them, we are sure to reap dividends wide across our organisation. We are confident that this assembly of Subject Matter Experts will spark ideas that will provide the catalyst for the generation of new ways of working and shows the fertile landscape of CCEP and the opportunities to be seized.”

Ricardo continued:

“Where better to host this showcase than the wonderful Martorelles Site in my hometown of Barcelona, this preeminent site within CCEP plays host to thousands of visitors per year with its history, present and future critical to CCEP’s success, because it's an extraordinary establishment that is educating the next generation of leaders within our industry. The discovery’s that are taking place here and the innovation is going to drive our business forward as One Supply Chain.”

This event is part of a series of events to mark Production Execution’s ‘In Person’ Workshops leading discussions around the findings of best practices conducted across CCEP and providing a greater understanding of the promise and pitfalls of our current approach in the 21st Century.
