The CC? Aspirants' Anthem

The Certified in Cybersecurity (CC?) certification from (ISC)2 is a foundational cybersecurity certification that opens doors to successful careers in the cybersecurity field. Aspirants do not need any work experience to obtain this certification but must have a strong interest and determination to enter the challenging and rewarding field of cybersecurity, which helps protect the world from cyber threats and malicious actors. The CC? certification exam evaluates expertise across five security domains viz.

1. Security Principles,
2. Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR) & Incident Response Concepts,
3. Access Controls Concepts,
4. Network Security, and
5. Security Operations.

I successfully earned my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC?) certification on November 17, 2022, and since then, I have been inspired to create an anthem to pay tribute to all those who are striving to attain the CC? certification. I intend to offer you all the motivation and recognition for your hard work and dedication, which will help you join the ranks of elite cybersecurity professionals and advance in your careers. I wish and hope this anthem gives the CC? Aspirants a clarion call to withstand the learning pressure and show resilience in understanding complex cybersecurity concepts.

Here I present the #CertifiedInCybersecurity Aspirants' Anthem for my 11K+ strong #LinkedInFamily members. Thanks (ISC)2 Blogs Team for appreciating my engagement efforts and the poem.

 In the realm of cyber, where threats loom large 
 A path to success, a new challenge to charge. 
 Certified in Cybersecurity?, the key to unlock, 
 A world of opportunities, with knowledge as our stock. 

 We may feel the pressure, as we study day and night, 
 But let us remember, we are Cyber-warriors in the fight. 
 Against those who seek to harm, with malice in their hearts, 
 We will rise above it all, defeating their vicious dark-arts. 

 With passion and drive, we'll learn the concepts new,
 And master the skills that will see us through. 
 From Security Principles, to Network Security too,
 We'll tackle it all, with a mindset to outdo. 

 We learn of Information Assurance, and the Risk Management process, 
 Security Controls and Governance, as we strive for success. 
 We delve deep into Business Continuity, 
    Disaster Recovery and Incident Responsivity, 
 We master Access Controls and Network Security, 
    as we build our Defensibility. 

 We learn Monitoring Security, and System Hardening too, 
 Mature Threat Modeling capability, to help our networks glue. 
 We may feel the pressure mounting, but we mustn't lose our drive, 
 For the rewards of this training, are worth the efforts we contrive. 

 Though the journey may be tough, and the concepts complex, 
 We push through with determination, to pass the puzzling test. 
 Let us stand strong and steadfast, with resilience in our hearts, 
 For the future belongs to those, who never give up their parts. 

 So let us not falter, as we strive to pass, 
 This test of our knowledge, and our mettle at last. 
 For when we succeed, the world will be our stage,      
 And a bright future, our reward for this age. 

 So let us press on, with determination clear, 
 For the prize at the end, is a career that is dear. 
 Certified in Cybersecurity?, our goal to achieve, 
 And a world to protect, with knowledge that we'll weave.
