The way we perceive situations has a huge impact on how we feel emotionally. Many individuals are not fully aware of the impact of these beliefs and perceptions. We would try to highlight how their thoughts and beliefs are driving their distress.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy emphasizes solving problems and making changes in behavior.

What is CBT?

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a short term goal oriented Psychotherapy which focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs & attitudes affect your feelings and behavior. It teaches you coping skills for dealing with different problems.

How CBT works?

You learn to identify and challenge any negative thinking patterns and behavior which may be causing you difficulties. In turn, this can change the way you feel about situations and enable you to change your behavior in future.
