Catch Your Breath This Holiday Season

2019 has been quite a year.

If you're like me, that means plenty of peaks along with some valleys. Moments that light you up inside and moments that buckle you at the knees. Life.

As we enter into the full swing of the holiday season, be sure to take time for you. Catch your breath. A new decade awaits and with that will be countless memes and articles about how to "crush it." Ugh.

Forget that.

There will be plenty of time in January to re-focus. For now, you have 21 days left in 2019 so prioritize time to reflect; read a book; slow down. Do whatever you do that makes you happy.

It's been a busy year (busy decade!) for most of us. That deserves a moment.

Have a great week out there,

Ian
