Bringing Neurodiversity Inclusion to Your Org
? Thursday, September 21 at 12 PM ET
? Sarah E. Danzl , Chief Marketing Officer at Skillable , considers ADD (attention deficit disorder) her superpower. And while many people and organizations believe in the importance of diversity, neurodiversity doesn’t always get the attention it deserves.
Over the course of her career, Sarah has learned how to harness the power of her neurodiversity and, as a thriving female executive with ADD, she is passionate about helping leaders be more supportive of neurodiverse employees.
Are you neurodiverse? Do you have team members that are? Join us to learn how to bring out those untapped capabilities that can be a career differentiator.

Pop quiz: What would make you happy? Really happy? Think about that for a minute. We’ll wait…?
Ok. Whaddya got? Money? That perfect someone? A vacation home? Shedding that stubborn pandemic-weight??
No argument here. All of that would be quite awesome. But what if we told you that it won’t make you happy. Not for long, at least.?
The novelty of finally achieving those things we all chase usually wears off pretty quickly. And, before we know it, we’re onto the next thing that will “definitely” bring us “ultimate happiness.”?
Pretty sad. Huh? But what if we also told you that you can find happiness –– long-lasting happiness? And, it has nothing to do with money, finding love, losing weight or any of the countless (meaningless!) things our brains can conjure.??????????
In a recent CoLab Conversation we spoke to Leah Smart . She’s the Host of In the Arena with Leah Smart at LinkedIn , a human development expert, writer, and keynote speaker, who filled us in on the amazing science of being happy.?

Yes, science!?
There’s actual research on it and Leah shared the actionable concepts and strategies that can transform your life, your work, and your relationship to everyone around you. She also walked us through a fun (and very eye-opening) interactive exercise that had us all rethinking our definition of true happiness.????
So, if you’re interested in learning how you can get happy now. (Of course, you are. Who isn’t?) We highly encourage you to check out Leah’s CoLab Conversation now.?
And, if you’re interested in reading even more about the science of happiness, here’s a list of all her favorite books on the topic (legwork, done! Thanks, Leah)!?
If that’s still not enough for you, don’t forget to check out her LinkedIn podcast, In the Arena with Leah Smart . There’s a new episode every week and you can find it wherever you find all your favorite podcasts.
