CATCH Global Foundation?is a 501c(3) that brings high quality evidence-based health and wellness programs to schools and child care sites across the country, with a focus on communities of highest need. Reaching more than 3 million kids annually, our PreK-12 programs cover topics including nutrition, physical education, social and emotional learning (SEL), oral health, vaping prevention, and sun safety. To be most effective in creating positive health changes, it is strongly recommended that schools and communities receive training from a CATCH expert prior to program delivery.

We are seeking a Community Consultant who will help schools and communities learn about CATCH’s various offerings so they may purchase the appropriate program content and training.

In this role, you will work directly with our Director of Community Relations to:

  • Respond to program and training inquiries from community coalitions, school districts, health departments and other interested parties
  • Send quotes, negotiate service contracts, and finalize client orders;
  • Complete invoicing, systems processing, and reporting associated with contracts;
  • Act as a liaison between the client and training implementation team;
  • Support our Director of Community Relations in building and maintaining relationships with community coalitions, school districts, health departments;
  • Maintain and grow our database of client contacts; and

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under deadline, and manage clients with tact, kindness, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with information?and customer relationship management applications.?
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and 2- plus years of customer relations experience

CATCH Global is a 100% virtual work environment. We have regular in-person retreats (travel/lodging provided) to help us develop and grow together as a team, as well as get to know one another on a more personal level. Day-to-day, you can expect to interface with the rest of the CATCH team via video/voice calls, email, and Slack.

Salary:?$40,000 – $50,000
