C.A.T.C.H
Recruiters are busy people juggling between recruiting (and of course, KPIs), stake holding, candidate care, offers, on-boarding and talent engagement. Every stages of recruiting works has its own treatment and impact. Time is essence and every moment, an action of a recruiter would mean a possibility of someone getting a job (or not). It is a process of relational-building and as much as technology-power would help us recruit…perhaps better…, we can never simplify the complexity of human interaction and emotion. But well, it is not the intent of this post to talk about technology.
Instead, the Big Idea here is a reminder for recruiters to C.A.T.C.H.
Not only recruiters but every hiring managers. Not only hiring managers because everyone of us in our role, is an ambassador for the company we work in.
Here are the C.A.T.C.H
- C – Continue to stay CURIOUS on people and changing trends (of technology, economy or demands of skills).
- A – ACTION plans - Plan for the unplanned. You will be better as long as you do not give up.

- T – You can’t turn back TIME, so seize every moment to be better in what you do passionately.
