Catapult Your Growth During Uncertain Times

Each day can be an awakening and a start of something new – a willingness to leave behind the ways that are tried and true. How does an awakening shift your perspective? How does it change the game? Oh, the world that awaits when we are unwilling to remain the same!

In uncertain times, it can be challenging to embrace new and different when we long for all that is familiar. As the world around us shifts, we have experienced changes in relation to how we live and with whom we interact.

Yet times of great uncertainty can lead us to a place of empowerment, for they provide us with an opportunity to shift our perspective.

We are currently forced to live in the present moment, albeit the only moment that we can control, which frees us to focus on the here and now. Awareness blossoms in the present.

Further, each one of us holds the power to choose our thoughts and actions. Times that stir up the winds of change have a way of separating the reactors from the responders. Reactors are easily rattled and knocked off balance. Responders remain firmly planted as everything above ground swirls around them. Either way, you have the power to decide whether you will react or respond.

One final point is that when much of the excess in our lives is stripped away, we are generally left with what is most essential. Less distractions allow us to uncover what truly matters to us and connect with others on a deeper level – even if it is from a distance.
