The Catalyst BOX in Argentina

We believe Experimentation is key in order to find new ways to best serve our customers. Thus entrepreneurial colleagues (Intrapreneurs) can apply for the Catalyst Box to explore business opportunities they see. The Catalyst Box leans on Adobe’s Kick-Box. It helps small teams to see their opportunity in a bigger picture (Business Model) and design and run experiments in order to create evidence that:

1. The problem they solve is real a problem
2. The solution they create is attractive for customers or users
3. The resulting business model can be viable.

Finally they can pitch for additional funding through other global and regional programs. From corporate, we and our strategic partners support the material, an online tool and regular “clinic” hours as well as optional coaching for setting up the experiments and a kick-off workshop to get acquainted with the Lean-Startup methodology.
