2. Accountability

Accountability within project teams significantly influences project outcomes.

With accountability, the individuals take more responsibility for their actions & become more capable responding to challenges & opportunities.

In turn, this builds team confidence.


How To Build Accountability?

  • define clear roles & responsibilities
  • define realistic (SMART) goals
  • empower teams
  • support continuous learning
  • foster open communication


3. Adaptability

Being flexible to adapt to the changing business requirements helps the team build confidence.

Even a small hiccup or obstacle does not deviate the team from accomplishing their goals as they are quick to adjust & adapt, building more confidence in the process.


How To Build Adaptability?

  • promote continuous learning
  • stay flexible
  • embrace changes
  • advocate growth mindset


4. Fearless

Teams that are fearless are always willing to take risks, to experiment & to step out of their comfort zone.

By doing this, they not only learn to adapt to the changing business demands but also improve themselves continuously by failing fast & learning.
