On March 21, 2024, James Castle and Justin Litchfield delivered their Cyber Defense Strategy at IBM’s Markham office for the World Trade Center - Toronto's Capital Funding, Grants & International Taxation Strategies Event. The session, hosted by Mary-Anne Meerasabeer and Margaret Zanel of World Trade Center Toronto and Toronto Region Board of Trade, also featured delegates from the Markham Board of Trade and other entities.

Attracting 14 SMEs, the Event Scored a 98% Satisfaction and 90% Net Promoter Score.

The event included presentations from various industry experts, including James Castle, President, CSR5 Global; Executive Director, Cyber Security Global Alliance; and Canadian Ambassador, EU Commission, along with Co-Presenter and Business Partner, Mr. Justin Litchfield, COO, CSR5 Global; and COO, Cyber Security Global Alliance; and CEO, of Expansion Kitchener.
