Throughout the years, we’ve worked hard to develop our services to accompany the needs of our global specialist network in Tech and Finance. Castille Global Teams, Senior Search, and Digital, are constantly evolving to support our clients and candidates alongside trends in the workforce and in technology. Through these products, we hope to address a wide array of talent acquisition needs, depending on your specific goals.?

Recently, the world of work has transformed to support remote jobs all over the world. Castille’s platform has accommodated to these changes, where our services adapted to make on-site, hybrid, or remote jobs more accessible by partnering with employers who are looking to extend the way they understand employee needs to be inclusive of flexible arrangements.?

When accessing Castille, you are free to look for jobs independently and apply for these on our platform. However, you may have specific career needs that requires a human-element—whereby our consultants can reach out to you and through a video call, for example, can listen to what you’re looking for at this stage of career development.??

On the flip side, as an employer, speaking with a member from one of our teams can mean more to address particular vacancy needs than through online communication alone. Global Teams

Before the Covid-19 pandemic, our Labs team recognised the potential for a new world of work. Namely, addressing a technical talent shortage by developing certified software teams that are scalable no matter the geographical location. As technology can help anyone pursue their goals, Labs can provide the skilled candidates to provide relevant software expertise.?

Darshinee Munsaram described Labs as “the managed talent solutions division, building specialised remote software teams for our global clients.” Their focus is building capacity by working with professionals across time zones, within the specifications of the client, “whilst also ensuring that our remote teams work efficiently in a people-centric environment.”?

Our Labs team understands that with high demand for skilled candidates, they look to provide clients with the best remote talent efficiently. Expanding on this, Darshinee explained: “We first ensure our understanding of the skills required from our clients to serve talent scalability and business continuity,” she continued, “In other words, our goal is to achieve rapid deployment whilst collaborating and supporting our clients.”??

In today’s digitalised world, communication is vital to support remote professionals. Our Human Capital consultants value communication and accommodate to using preferred communication tools. “We adjust our modes of communication to our clients and candidates,” Darshinee stated, “it can be Microsoft Teams, Slack, Skype, among others.” Such a flexible approach to remote work allows Labs the opportunity to build meaningful connections with their network.?

Senior Search

Whilst Labs focuses exclusively on remote scalability, Senior Search blends on-site, hybrid, and remote careers—expanding their network to include multiple business solutions. To Marco Lia, Senior Search is an exciting team to be part of, being directly within the business world and the jobs market. Describing the team, he highlighted the opportunity to “train your skills in communication, negotiation, and overall, how businesses operate.”?

Marco then organised a typical Senior Search process whereby “clients come to us to find them the ideal candidate for a job vacancy they cannot fill themselves, and once we find the candidate, we act as a middleman between client and candidate to keep communications open, fair, and efficient,” he explained.??

Albeit the above simplifies a smooth Senior Search journey, Marco was quick to explain the ever-changing jobs market and its demands: “I work with candidate ambitions alongside client aims—who are looking for the perfect job or candidate, respectively.” He emphasised that Search consultants focus on long-term measures for their network, including providing market advice that extends beyond current talent acquisition needs.?

In terms of maintaining supportive communication with our network, Marco shared his satisfaction of remote processes: “I noticed that remote work made it easier and a less stressful experience for clients and candidates to meet,” he observed. “In terms of preparation for an interview, issues with commuting and delays, and so forth, I find they’re more at ease and hence fully concentrated in their interviews.”?

Finally, Marco believed approaching job market needs requires a flexible mindset. “One needs perseverance,” he began, “at times, placements might not materialise because of many reasons beyond our control.” With this, he remains hopeful: “On the flip side, the job satisfaction is very rewarding.” As the job market evolves, so too will our Search consultants in their own professional development.?

Digital

Digital compliments Labs and Senior Search as a pay-per-click (PPC) model on our platform. Beverly explained that this “gives our clients full flexibility and accessibility in controlling the jobs they advertise.” With Digital, employers are able to direct our network and traffic to their specific and available careers.??

“This product goes beyond the traditional recruitment service Castille offers,” Beverly announced, “it’s a world-class job matching technology that allows us to make accurate candidate recommendations based on job and skill requirements.” As a supportive product to our other services, Beverly ensures our client needs are consulted with our business development team.??

For Beverly, Digital represents a largely remote workforce looking for online tools and processes they can take full control of. “I’ve always been in contact with clients and candidates remotely,” she began, “I arrange online meetings to get a clear picture of what they need, and any technical issues are quickly addressed by our development team.”??

With the above in mind, Digital incorporates the same people-centred values as Labs and Senior Search with the added element of technological control. As we continue to innovate our products and services, effective communication will be a mainstay at Castille. In this way, we remain committed to improving any talent acquisition need and facilitate career progression for our network.?
