Today's poem was written many years ago. We all go through dark times in our lives and I wonder if anyone hasn't considered the 'easy way out'? Yet, the topic is totally taboo to talk about. Perhaps people should be able to talk about these dark times more freely without feeling that it is something to be ashamed of? Let's open up the conversation and give people a safe place to express themselves without preaching, giving advice or condemning. It is due to the honesty of writers such as Job and David, in the Bible, that we know that some of the most successful people also go through bouts of darkness.
