What’s your role at TPCA?

In my role as the Health Care Access Program Director, I have the incredible privilege of spearheading initiatives that directly impact our community health centers. From strengthening their workforce, supporting clinical and operational initiatives, to fortifying their emergency preparedness, my team and I are dedicated to providing unwavering support.

What excites you about coming to work every day?

I take pride in steering our Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) grant and workplan development efforts, ensuring that our training and technical assistance programs for health centers are both effective and impactful.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?

Who’s someone you really admire?

I’m so fortunate to work alongside the three remarkable colleagues I have on my team—Desireé, Tiffany, and Jackie—each of them strong and inspiring individuals. I’ve experienced so much personal growth due to them, and I’ve learned a lot about myself through their wisdom and support. Working together is an absolute privilege, and I’m constantly inspired by the incredible team I am fortunate to be a part of.?
