DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – CASSA THANKS HOME MINISTER AND BUKIT AMAN FOR ALL ASSISTANCE GIVEN!
I have always had a rule and the CASSA TEAM know that by-heart!
Remember to thank those who help us in various deliberations.
Secondly never allow politicians to hijack your initiatives as they will always turn it into a political hit.
They are not concerned about settling a problem, issues or seeking a way forward amicably if available.
They want to settle scores with their political opponent.
One politician did that yesterday, sadly!
Let me go on record now.
I want to thank the Home Minister, the IGP, and the Special teams at Bukit Aman notably D11.
All of them have helped and assisted behind the scenes in matters CASSA has always addressed.
It was the same with the domestic violence case involving ‘Yoshita!’
I can understand the anxiety, the anger, pressure and the trauma over-riding the victim.
I can understand the anger when there are gaps in the communication between investigators and the victim and in this case the Kuala Muda IPD and the victim.
When the victim after registering more than 8 Police reports and another by her sibling with allegations is kept in the dark?
It is also important that state leaders look at facts and feel some apathy towards victims before they lash out!
I want to thank the IPD Kuala Muda officials who took time to contact me and update me, after the news broke out!
I appreciate their professionalism.
We are all here to do a job.
To help assist bring forward something good and progressive.

This is not about ego, about bad mouthing, the defamation, over the social media which have all been screenshot and documented!
This is not about families and individuals ganging up and tarnishing the reputation of those who come forward to help and assist a cause.
Victims have a right to speak out!
If one cannot understand that primary function then you have no right working in an NGO which addresses human rights issues!
For the record CASSA has already addressed that anomaly!
It is rather despicable that there was an attempt to spam, to hack and bring to disrepute, to criminally intimidate CASSA Malaysia and indirectly the victim ‘Yoshita’ by ‘Can Diz and Uwais Pemberton!’
It is obvious who the perpetrators were targeting!
They forget no matter how great a hacker, great an IT expert they are, there are also super professional experts at Bukit Aman forensics!
Instead of disengaging, bringing down the tempo, they seem obsessed of escalating the issues further!
It is ego at play!
Today thanks to the courage of a victim going public, an issue which has already had several million hits and more than 3000 shares domestically and internationally Malaysian women are encouraged to stand up for their rights!
The support and private messages is just amazing!
And I take the time with heartfelt gratitude to thank the Home Minister, the IGP, the Bukit Aman professionals namely D11 and others in Selangor and Kedah for their support and assistance.
If they were indeed hurt by the outburst of a traumatized victim, I seek your forgiveness!
But now let justice take root and we move forward to do good, not bad and inhumane!
Remember, what one does today and says in the ecosystem of present turmoil will come back to haunt you as there are innocents in the equation who will one day hold you and others account for what happened!
May the Almighty help us make the right choices!
