CASSA SUPPORTS HOME MINISTRY INITIATIVES TO DEPORT ILLEGALS!

And it is the responsibility of the Malaysian Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin to take all such steps appropriate to address any clear and present danger to the nation.

And he has as now he and Deputy Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaacob are on the ground addressing the matter.

THE IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION OF FOREIGN WORKERS NOT XENOPHOBIA OR RACISM BUT A NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE SAYS MALAYSIA ASEAN APEC LEAD CONSUMERIST PROF DR JACOB GEORGE

First and for most, I have already gone on record that public policy initiatives, deliberations the laws on security of the nation Malaysia falls on the shoulders of the Malaysian authorities!

And it is the responsibility of the Malaysian Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin to take all such steps appropriate to address any clear and present danger to the nation.

And he has as now he and Deputy Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaacob are on the ground addressing the matter.

Both have data, intelligence reports that prompt them to act.

All recent data showed the huge work place clusters, the continued arrogance and recalcitrant attitude of both the industry captains and these foreign workers both documented and undocumented!

Those who participated in Aidiladha prayers outside a surau in Taman Pelangi, Juru, despite advisories show a blatant disrespect and regard to Malaysian laws and the current pandemic spread!

There are fears now that we may spark a fresh Covid-19 cluster in the area.

I have repeatedly stated that we do not need the so called local and foreign activists to lecture us on what steps we need to take to protect our population!

We do not need them to preach to us on xenophobia, racism, or the marginalization issues.

This is not it!

They should stop pretending to be experts in addressing an issue that is far above their pay grade and intelligence!

It is time that Malaysia address the over population of foreign workers here both documented, undocumented and take such steps to deport immediately those who show clear disregard to our laws.

Many come from allegedly failed state countries where chaos reigns.

I shared with both the home minister and our deputy Prime Minister that the time is now to take such steps to once and for all deport them.

It is time to revisit protocols and applications for future workers process.

That change must include industry showing proof of manpower need, available facilities to accommodate them and salary structures and perks that are reflective of respect for human rights not the greed of industry as it is presently!

It is time that accommodation is at industrial areas.

Housing that follows the tenets of Act 446 – the Workers Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990.

The days of putting cramming them in housing estates, flats where locals live and other areas are over!

It is the duty of Malaysian authorities to protect Malaysians!

We are not bothered what foreigners or foreign bodies preach but not practice in their own land.

CASSA Malaysia today calls and upon both the Home Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister to take all such steps that action will be taken on these SOP violations by both management and foreign workers and activate a plan of action to deport all law breakers, undocumented foreign workers!

This process will not be complete if managements and owners of industry are left untouched.

Punitive action must also be taken on them
