CashFlow Mindset

Being edgy, worried and nervous won't get you far....

I have noticed in the past few months that Business Owners, CEOs and Company Managers, are becoming more and more edgy on payments and receivables especially when dealing with suppliers, employees and sometimes even customers . I do understand the pressure everyone is experiencing: The lack of visibility and uncertainty might push you to self preservation; however addressing these situations while you are in such an emotional state with "own survival" mindset, will not give you long-term results and growth solutions ... actually it will only lead to more aggravation and puts everyone to a downward vicious circle.

Isn't everyone experiencing frustration? pressure? of course they are. Employees are worried about their future and the continuity of their companies. Suppliers are worried about their payments and future of their business while clients are worried about sustainability of their business and their employees.... See, all 3 are interconnected and are on the same boat- So how can we align them?

Since March, I have been helping companies cross these difficult times and I have seen success only when leaders understands this alignment and address the situation with a partnership approach - Not lip service partnership, but the real partnership approach. I have seen some who were able to grow their partnerships and others who lost business and credibility, just because they were edgy, nervous and wanted only the short term win. the latter failed to understand that in these times, the game is not about winning alone

The true objective of the game is for EVERYONE to cross the finish line!

Please try to see the bigger picture, move your hand from the panic button and stop worrying about your own survival. Worrying will give you lots to do and think about, but it won’t get you far. Instead, set your objectives to finding solutions that will help your partners finish the Marathon with you

That’s the only way, you and everyone else will be able to weather the storm and reap long-term benefits

I (and everyone else) have now a long list of companies, suppliers and people that I would never recommend anyone to work with...and another list of real partners who are ready to be with you in the good days as well as the bad ones... guess which list will see success and growth in the future?

How do you want to be remembered 12 months from now? the pushy one who is only looking for themselves or the leader who has managed to help his partners during these difficult times?

Hope this will give some new perspective to help more companies and partners cross together the finish line

If you have any questions please comment or DM me, I would be more than happy to help
