Cashflow Forecasting 101...

Firstly huge sincere apologies I've not quite been on it with my #AdvisoryMadeSimple articles over the past few months.. As some of you may know, unfortunately we've been going through quite a lot personally and so our time has had to be focused on our personal commitments, which has unfortunately meant a lot of unexpected time out of the business.

Super grateful we are both self-employed as we have been able to do whatever we have needed to do, whenever we have needed (some weeks we have literally been dashing from hospital to hospital over 100 miles apart! Thankfully only 8 more appointments before Christmas; 3 of which are for me!); however on the flip side, as we are both self-employed, when we don't work, we don't get paid ??

..and to make matters worse, when we finally have had two hours to get some work done, the exhaustion catches up and wipes us out so we end up tucked up in bed battling colds and other viruses!

Fingers crossed 2024 goes a little smoother for us - it certainly (hopefully!) can't get much worse...!

My new year resolution however will be to get back onto the #AdvisoryMadeSimple articles come rain or shine as I know many of you have been inspired, motivated and empowered by the ones I have had chance to do, so this is my promise to get back on it after christmas and bring you weekly inspiration as to how you can better support and guide your clients so that they can create a more profitable, robust and sustainable business.
