I've been very fortunate and lucky enough to have broken out of the curse of spending my entire life working for someone else! I did not see myself doing the 40/40/40 anymore- I said no to working forty hours a week for the next forty years to only be making around $40,000/year. I wanted to be my own boss.

Don't be the employee, be the employer!

I woke up to this epiphany and decided, committed to having money work for me! So with that, I left my awesome and comfortable job that had no real growth potential to go into a field I had no experience in or desire to engage into; I got into sales. I mean we've all been selling, have we not? Think about it.

Moreover, I'll share a few examples of how you can get started on building your positive cash flow!

Branding - Generate revenue from your services you have to offer. Build a fanbase, become known, break out of obscurity- then have companies endorse or sponsor you. Become the next Instagram sensation.

Be A Business Owner - Bring your dreams and ideas to life. Invest into your own products and have it pushed into the market. Provide your expertise to the world. Be a Steve Jobs.

Buy A Business - Be Warren Buffett and buy great companies. Own companies that generate and have a long term future ahead without having any day to day involvement.

Publication - Write a book, make a hit song, be a public speaker.

Original Work - Write a script, sell your artwork, make a movie, invent a new platform, design a new application.

Real Estate - Invest in a property or multiple and having someone else pay the mortgage. Mistakes most people make is buying a property, living in it and paying your own mortgage. That my friends, is not a cash flow; it's a cash loss.

Stocks - Get into the Stock Market. Difference between risks and investing in the market is the lack and arrogance of not doing the research.

Social Media - Earn residuals through social media marketing. Build a fan base and create social leads. Search up "Tai Lopez".

Point being is, don't work to chase after someone else's dream, work towards chasing after your dream.

There is no better time to start taking action than right now. It's seldom to wait for "perfect" or "right" time to do anything. One's that commit to doing something first, then figuring out the rest later, will always be at an advantage because at least they were able to go to places where most people just think about going. Start investing in you.

Don't work all your life to make money, work to have money work for you.
