Hi friends,?

most of you have already received this newsletter, but I thought it could be helpful to share it on Linkedin, especially for those not subscribed yet. I just started the inaugural issue of the "In case you missed" newsletter, where I'll try to select the cream of the crop in marketing and advertising creativity.

Canal+ launch the fictional series "The Secret of Wakany" to make fun of disappointing ending

Let's begin (of course) with Canal+,?which isn't new to the game when it comes to?amazing advertising campaigns.?The latest campaign, "The Secret of Wakamy," is no exception.? Canal+ chose to highlight something we might have felt at the conclusion of some tv shows: disappointment.? BETC Paris and?Partizan's?Antoine Bardou-Jacquet?have launched a cinematic new spot shining the spotlight on when your favorite series has suddenly become un-rewatchable due to disappointing finales. Ops, spoiler.

La Vie first National Brand Campaign is a joke, or maybe not.

LA VIE? , a new French player in the vegetable market, goes bold with an outsize Shoreditch billboard advertising. The "Veganuary" campaign follows?the previous National launch?- made with the agency BUZZMAN ??- and a hilarious?troll campaign to announce the partnership with Burger King.?Love when a brand knows its positioning perfectly and speaks with a hyper-distinctive tone of voice.

Well well, the super bowl is coming, and the hype is growing.?Rihanna will host the halftime show - the first ever to be?sponsored by Apple Music?- and it will be a huge comeback for her. Let's see if she's going to be remarkable as last year's performance??by DrDre and co. in LA.
