This house is a steady little earner where tenants stay for years, and we simply refresh it every 5 years to keep it looking in tip top shape.

The rental yield is not my usual 10% but it is a steady number growing in value so I am happy to keep it as a non-trouble maker steady earner. After all, it's some nice equity and it brings in £1,100 every month – every little helps.
