This project involves the design and construction of the new mixed-use development located at 165-185 Rosslyn Street, West Melbourne. The site area is 9200 sqm and bounded by Rosslyn, Dudley and Adderley Streets as well as Bluestone Lane near Spencer Street.

Comprising of 475 Residential and Serviced Apartments across 5 separate buildings, 584 car spaces (2 level basement, 2 levels above ground and mezzanine), Public Park and Laneway to City of Melbourne’s requirements. The development also includes Level 3 podium with Pool spa and Gardens, 6 restaurants and bars, a supermarket, Medical Centre, Day Spa and Gym.

The mixed-use development will transform an industrial West Melbourne to an urban sanctuary. The project is due for completion in late 2020.

The client is seeking to achieve a Dry basement. The objective is to provide a System solution as well on site to support during the application of the products with a sound Quality Process in place.

The project requires the use of Penetron Admix, Penebar SW55, SW45, Block Seal, Penecrete Mortar, Water Plug, Curing Compounds. Areas of use include basement slab, roof top, piling structure, capping beams, pipe penetration, lift pit.
