Tiltify uses livestreaming technology to help charitable organizations and supporters find each other to raise funds for good works. It’s based in Los Angeles and had a small presence in Tucson.

Challenge

The company wanted to solidify and expand its presence in Tucson with office space that could be quickly scalable, flexible and equipped with strong digital communications capabilities. Mindful of its culture that attracts a young, tech-savvy, urban workforce, it wanted a location in a vibrant area full of amenities.

Response

CREG Tucson organized tours of the best options. It negotiated a lease for the tenant after confirming that the company’s needs for high data speed and room to grow would be met at its preferred building option.

Results

Tiltify signed a lease for Tucson office space that went through a major modernization in design and facilities. It’s in the midst of restaurants, stores and services that employees can walk to. The landlord agreed to build out the space to meet the tenant’s needs.

Excellent work, Michael! It’s about listening carefully (and creatively) to what Occupiers need + want and then figuring out the right workspace in the best building that brings it all together, albeit with a Landlord and Property Manager who can deliver consistent care and service on a daily basis for years.
