Case Study: UF Water Complete System
Brother Filtration Equipment Co.,Ltd
RO system, cartridge filter and filter housing solution provider
KEYA? 8 m3/h UF water complete system
Brother Filtration is the mother company of KEYA
Location: Australia
Background
The project was undertaken by a famous Australian water engineering company eight years ago, and the site is located in the black copper oxide plant in Western Australia. In order to save water and energy resources to the greatest extent, the customer and our partner (a very professional engineering company) begin to consider recovery of existing UF system backwash water, usage will be re-UF filtered, then into RO feed water.
Inlet capacity of the project: 8m3/h
Production water capacity: 4m3/h
Feed water quality analysis is as the following:
As per the below data, we can read that the particle size is mostly around 10um whose percentage is 93.19%.?
We design the KEYA?UF system for this project.
?
For cleaning process setting:
Cleaning 01: CEB(10hours per cycle)
Cleaning 02: CIP (regular time: 1 month according to pressure drop; production capacity)
Cleaning 03: UF membrane air flushing ?
KEYA?UF membrane
