Business Context:
The need for speed and making quick decisions within the campaign is a very important aspect that helps agencies to optimize the campaigns to its fullest potential. The Agency was using few analytical tools for reporting which involved over collecting lot of data from different advertising platforms, which was a time-consuming solution. There were issues such as integrating data for different sources, which were not designed for that purpose, and automating the reactions to the campaigns success and translating it into some insights for different people.
Challenges:
1) Ineffective data extraction: The ad-footing team used to extract operative data from dozens of platforms manually.
2) Lack of real-time insights: Due to delays in reporting, it was quite impossible for the needed corrective measures to be implemented in good time concerning poorly performing campaigns.
3) No automation: Most of the optimizations of the campaigns were anyway done after the campaign owing to manual ways of optimization, thus resources wasted.

UI Path for RPA Automation:
Automated data extraction from multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and eliminated manual data entry by pulling performance metrics like CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and ad spend directly from these platforms.
