Area of Application

The T2-System is the time-saving, effective repair system for rubber injuries in belt covers or damages to rubber components. It is suitable for the most popular elastomeric compounds based on

  • Natural rubber (NR)
  • Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR)
  • Isoprene Rubber (IR)
  • Butadiene Rubber (BR)

or blends of these elastomers (such as NR/BR) in other words the typical conveyor belt and wear protection compounds.


  • For repair of damages in belt covers or longitudinal tears
  • For filling of gaps and joints in rubber lining and lagging
  • For filling of V-shaped gaps in pulley lagging
  • For cosmetic repairing on rubber components
