Misalignment at drive pulley before installation: To the left

Thanks to the local partner, the site survey, and the proposal made to install the return side with REMATRACK CFX1800EHDP first to track the belt at Point A, 60 meters from the head pulley,?it performs immediately and drives the belt move to the center.

Two weeks later, REMATRACK TTX1800EHDP was installed on the carry side, at Point B, 10 meters from the head pulley. However, the belt did not perform as expected.

After receiving the report from our partner, the product specialist - FrankLin ZHAO immediately listed and analyzed the possible causes and shared them with the site partner to provide multiple solutions to help the client maximize the product performance, to solve the existing frame system which led to off-track heavily.

After adjusting the taper roller for both the carry side and return side, the REMATRACK trackers perform well tracking the belt, in the meanwhile further enhancement to the guideline and the installation experience solve each belt issue.??
