Case Study: Pump Improvement Upon Customer Feedback-SPT750BF

At Stream Pumps, we're committed to making our products better based on what our customers tell us. This case study is about how we took our SPT750BF pump and made it even better by listening to our valued customers.

The Problem

The SPT750B pump was good, but it wasn't perfect. We found out that the single capacitor cover wasn't enough for some of our customers who needed more flexibility on daily work basis. And it has risk of breaking the wrapping bubble.

Customer Problems

The Reasons?Behind the Iteration

The decision to move from a single to a dual capacitor cover was not made in isolation. It was a strategic choice based on:

· Market Feedback:?Direct input from users who sought greater adaptability in their pumps.

· Functional Enhancement:?The dual cover allows for more options in terms of electrical configurations, catering to a broader range of applications.

· Structural Improvement:?The new design offers better support and protection for the capacitors, ensuring a longer service life for the pump.
