I want to introduce you to one of All Approach's clients, Sahid.?
Sahid owns a floral marketing business. He hired my staff to build a growth partnership team. His growth partner, Jem Flor, has been with us since March of 2021.
Basically, they work in the floral industry. They have lots of vendors and a lot of business partners. When Sahid first came to me, I noticed that we shared the same vision for growth. However, he lacked a scalable system for how he was going to achieve that growth. We wanted to help Sahid achieve that growth without experiencing burnout or getting too overwhelmed. We wanted to make sure he was hiring the right people and investing in the right resources.
So really, we didn't just form a growth partnership with him by hiring and training staff for him. We also made some minor tweaks that included the following:

The truth is, every small business needs the right growth partners because we're biased. For example, I'm way too close to All Approach, so I need trusted people to show me the things I can't see.
We've also been involved with updating Sahid's website. So, basically, if you choose to work with us, we're not just going to offer you a simple VA service. We're offering you a growth partnership.
