MCUBE stands for Monitor, Maintain and Manage

With REMA MCUBE, data on the current state of a belt conveyor is measured and recorded in real time.

Our specialized service technicians can create an exact analysis of the belt quality of a conveyor system based on this measurement data. The high standard of knowledge of the service technicians enables them to read the recorded data and identify damage, wear or abnormal conditions and the causes accordingly.

In addition to a detailed report, the customer can also be provided with a root cause analysis and action plans for repairing or optimising the system. Thus, a 360°service around the customer's conveyor system is possible on the basis of the MCUBE measurement.

MCUBE BTM - The Belt Thickness Monitoring System

When does the conveyor belt reach the critical thickness or carcass?

MCUBE BTM measures the thickness of the belt with ultrasonic sensors and displays the current wear pattern or the current degree of wear.

In addition to wear, repairs and splices are also detected.

The system is available both for fixed installation on a conveyor and for mobile use on various conveyors.

Are the steel cables damaged? By measuring the change in the magnetic field created between the belt and the sensors, MCUBE SCS can identify damaged steel cables.

MCUBE BRD–The Belt Rip Detection System

If a belt has a rip, it must be stopped immediately to avoid major damage or an accident!

With sensor loops embedded in the belt, the MCUBE BRD loop detectors can promptly detect a developing rip and alert accordingly.

MCUBE BRD is permanently installed and used for continuous monitoring.
