Thanks George Ellis! Go to Gemba indeed! We had real customers walk in the door and enjoy lunchtime social sports with us! It was brilliant to connect with them and it's one of the reasons why they're refusing to abandon my former employer. Huge listed multinational - relationships do matter! ??
