Challenge

Eren Perakende sought to understand the impact of real-time personalized recommendations on customer engagement and sales. Their goal was to improve the shopping experience on Lacoste Türkiye’s online platform by introducing features that would recommend dynamic outfits, popular items, and similar products tailored to individual shoppers.

2. Cart Page: The "Total Look" widget appeared at checkout, presenting upsell opportunities by recommending complementary outfits based on the user’s cart items.

3. Home Page: A carousel of popular products, dynamically updated based on two weeks of shopping trends, engaged users with personalized popular items.

- Revenue: Boosted by an overall 6.4%, with monthly revenue growth starting at 2.7% and reaching 8.6% by the end of the pilot.
