What I want to briefly describe today is one Injection Plastic Part Plug shell, which is a plastic product made for American customers, with 108 holes. That is our breakthrough product because the gap between the holes is very small. The difficulty lies in the different sizes and shapes of the upper and lower holes.

After DFM analysis and product production for Injection Plastic Part, we finally chose the most suitable for customers among the three solutions and one of the solutions that customers can accept.

Providing customers with free analysis solutions is also where we have been trying our best to serve customers. As we can see from the DFM picture, the customer requirements are as follows:

Here on the ejector engrave the cavity number "A", the thimble is recessed by 0.1mm

The character depth is 0.03~0.05

The blade in the green area ejects the pin. 0.7*4 (8 pieces). Another blade thimble 1*2
