The Challenge?
The organisation had recently secured $200 million in Series B funding and was growing its presence globally.
In July 2022, Fortis Recruitment pitched to the Global and European CEOs and won exclusivity to partner with Atlas on the growth drivers for their new European Hub in Dublin and other key European locations including Spain, Switzerland and Portugal as well as the United Kingdom.
We were tasked with sourcing and attracting candidates for more than 40 appointments across 5 European locations in just a 3-month time frame.??
The Approach
Working with team Atlas, we identified the 32 key senior and leadership roles that required priority attention and were business critical.
After robust market testing, our executive division made crucial initial appointments with the European VP of Marketing and European VP of Sales.
We partnered closely with these new business leaders to hire an additional 30 of their key team members across 5 key locations.
Through rigorous market mapping and international candidate reach-outs, our team were able to advise Atlas on salary expectations, employee benefits and nuances within each region and we acted as Brand Ambassadors for Atlas in these new markets.
The Results
Fortis Recruitment was able to identify over 170 potential candidates, competently manage 100+ interview processes and professionally deliver and close over 30 job offers with an average delivery time of just 19 days from submittal to hire.
Since August 2022, we have worked on and/or delivered against 40 key roles across 5 European locations. We have 13 ongoing processes at present and will continue to partner exclusively with Atlas on continued growth into 2023 and beyond.
