In the world of systemic constellations, we often witness how life’s seemingly random events are, in fact, part of a much larger, interconnected system. What appears to be coincidence or misfortune often holds a hidden systemic truth, waiting to be uncovered.
Let me share the story of Anna, a highly skilled life coach who came to me for a constellation session after a series of setbacks in her business. Clients were canceling at the last minute, her once-thriving practice was slowing down, and she felt an inexplicable sense of self-doubt creeping in. “I’ve done all the right things,” she said. “Why does it feel like everything is slipping away?”
The Surface vs. The Systemic View
At first glance, Anna’s struggles seemed like a business challenge—perhaps a marketing issue or a shift in client needs. But as we explored further through a systemic lens, something unexpected emerged.
Through the constellation process, it became clear that Anna was entangled in an unresolved family loyalty pattern.
