This is deployed to gain a deeper understanding of customers and valuable data that can be used to improve sales and for future business development and product development.


Solution

  • Adopted Gravio as a data integration platform that can be implemented quickly and easily.
  • AI cameras automatically collect information such as number of visitors and various attributes and also shelf engagement times by customers.
  • IoT sensors automatically collect in-store environmental information such as temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration.
  • Created a dashboard that can visualise customer attributes and in-store environmental information.


Results

  • By analysing the purchase ratio among customers, we can now evaluate how factors like customer service quality and product lineup impact their purchasing decisions.
  • By analysing customer attributes and Point-of-Sale data, we can now determine whether initiatives are effectively reaching the intended customer base.
