Case Study: Branding and Squarespace Website Design for Catherine Ackermann | Zürich, Switzerland

Catherine Ackermann is a fear and anxiety coach. Through her signature ‘Fear Miracle Method, she helps leaders uncover what’s going on within, so they can reach their full potential and overcome their fears. Therefore, she needed a website that not only showcases her method but also her aspirations and stories towards inspiring her audience to live in the moment.

The Problem

Catherine had a website and a brand identity prior to working with us but she felt they were outdated and didn’t represent her values of the direction she would like her new company to take. After an initial chat with Catherine, we’ve identified the need to go through a brand mentorship programme with our Creative Director, Lidia to establish a new brand positioning, define the service range and draw up a signature brand story. With a new brand vision and strategy in place, the overall brand vibe that Catherine was now looking for was passionate, authentic, and entrepreneurial.

The Solution

We worked with Catherine to ensure that all branding elements including a logo, colour theme, typography, and bespoke graphics were in line with her vision. As a result, we’ve designed a logo that is visually impactful, elegant, and playful as well as an inspirational color pallet featuring green and beige shades. In addition to the design elements, we worked with Catherine towards defining her brand voice and brand story through effective copywriting. We then used all these assets to create a website design that is balanced and relies on dynamic visuals that reflect Catherine adventurous personality, positive influence whilst also highlighting her calm and sophisticated style. We’ve also helped Catherine establish a branded online presence on key social media channels for her business such Facebook and Instagram as well as offline. To achieve this, we designed branded banners, social media templates and business cards.

Once the website was ready, Catherine booked our Acuity and Dubsado training sessions, to create a seamless customer journey, while saving time and money by utilising automation.
