  • Part Drawing | Design

Conducted detailed reverse engineering for precise fitment and alignment in both the hood part and fitment area. Applied A-class surfacing techniques for CAD model precision.


  • DFM | Moldflow

Executed DFM and Moldflow analyses to define parting lines for four major sliders. Utilizing the hot runner system, conducted Moldflow analysis for optimal design of the manifold, ensuring seamless material filling.


  • Tool Design

Utilizing DFM and Moldflow analyses, we strategically devised the mold structure and layout. Our detailed tool design ensures comprehensive planning and precision in manufacturing the mold and manifold assembly.


  • Tooling

Aligned sliders in a sizable mould for an imperceptible parting line in this tractor component. Used high-speed machining, incorporating ribs and bosses through EDM and wire cut processes, and polished for a seamless look.
