Business: Digital Agency?specializing in premium IT / digital services, selling to global audience: Design & Development, Content & Copywriting, SEO, Software & SaaS, Online Marketplaces, etc.

Challenge: The client had a quality service?line but struggled to gain significant online visibility and sales traction in a hyper competitive market.?Prior to engaging me, client was merely doing $3,000-$4,000 / month in revenue.

Goal: Achieve a consistent monthly revenue growth of $100,000.

Initial Assessment: I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the client's individual unique strengths, their business, including their services, pricing, target audience, competitors, and current go to market / digital marketing strategies & efforts.

Strategy Development: Based on the assessment, I formulated a customized strategy focused on enhancing the client's online presence, improving user experience, and optimizing their digital marketing efforts.

Digital Marketing Strategies Implemented:

Paid Advertising: I set up and managed strategic pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Bing. Ad creatives were tailored to highlight the unique selling points of the services and target specific demographics.

Search Engine Optimization?(SEO): Based on the performance analytics & converting keywords data I gained from running PPC Ads, I asked my SEO team to perform thorough keyword research, identify relevant opportunities?and optimize the client's website for those keywords. This included on-page optimization, content creation, and link-building to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

Content Marketing: My team developed a content calendar that included informative blog posts, how-to guides, and educational videos related to content writing services. This not only showcased the client's expertise but also provided valuable content for their target audience.

Email Marketing: We implemented segmented email campaigns to nurture leads and encourage repeat purchases. Personalized service recommendations and exclusive offers were key components of these campaigns.

Market Research: I conducted a deep dive into the content writing industry, identifying trends, consumer preferences, and gaps in the market. This helped me in ?product/service?development and marketing strategies.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): I audited the client's website to identify areas for improvement in terms of user experience, navigation, and checkout process. Implementing CRO best practices helped increase conversion rates.

Relationship Building & Follow-ups: I coached the Inside Sales & Support teams on building relationships & following up with existing clients to identify sales opportunities. With this practice, client was able to generate few thousand dollars per month without any additional marketing / advertisement cost.

Customer Journey Enhancement:?I mapped out the customer journey from discovery to purchase and post-purchase. This led to the implementation of personalized touch-points, follow-up sequences, and loyalty programs.

Product / Service Development: Identifying the core strengths of my client in operations management, I introduced more services in the offer stack and then I created a master template for the clients niche websites, planned, scheduled & lead the development to ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly targets are meet. (it was an iterative process)

System Development: I designed & lead the development of an enterprise level cloud business management system for the client which made my clients life and business so much more easier to manage, make better & fast decisions. Everything from leads, customers, orders, agents, service providers, payments, performance, finances, was integrated in this one window solution in the cloud.

Team Building: The client came from a traditional / offline business mindset and was struggling to grow their business past $5,000 mark. Identifying different roles, building an employer brand, running recruitment ads, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring, on boarding & ongoing training and coaching were also a part of my consulting services. I grew the head count from 3-4 freelancers to 70 full time employees.
