People Operations Needs: Client A had no policies or contractor agreements before partnering with Montani. There were concerns about confidentiality and competition, as contractors completed so much of the work. This client was also concerned about whether they were compliant with their employee and contractor classifications. Additionally, Client A came to Montani with an hourly reporting system that was not scalable or user-friendly.
Montani Solutions: We worked with Client A to implement a new payroll system that included a much-needed self-service portal for employees and contractors. This platform made hourly reporting more accessible and more reliable. Our team individually reviewed the classification of all contractors and employees to ensure Client A was compliant. We worked with the client to create a personalized Employee Handbook from scratch, and drafted job descriptions for each role within the company, so employees knew the exact expectations. Last but not least, Montani facilitated the creation of an official Contractor Agreement and helped roll out these new agreements.

The Big Concern: How do we beat out competition — top tech companies worldwide — to attract highly skilled workers to join our team?
People Operations Needs: Client B needs to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to fill multiple highly skilled technical positions. This client was already working with their internal Talent Acquisition team and other large tech-focused recruiting firms but needed additional expert help filling these openings.?
Montani Solutions: We provided expert recruiting services for Client B. Our recruiters wasted no time hustling to find the best candidates for this business. We brought personality and our unique interview style to the table, making top candidates feel valued rather than just another number at a recruiting firm. Beyond the original needs, Client B asked us to step in when neither their internal team nor external recruiting firm could fill a couple of additional positions.
