Right lung adenocarcinoma 21x13mm maximum dimensions.

Severe emphysema, not surgery candidate.

ECO Microwave tumor ablation system

Mode 100A1

Ceramic Antenna 16g , 50W / 3 min / twice , continuous mode.

Artificial controlled pneumothorax was created , to prevent chest wall and intercostal rib injury .
